How to prescribe
Sending prescriptions to Hart Pharmacy — locally owned, one team.
E-scribe, fax, call, or send the patient in. Compounded prescriptions are prepared in our 13th Street lab, and your patient can pick up or use our free once weekly local prescription delivery.
E-prescribe
Search "Hart Pharmacy" in your EHR and select our 6217 E 13th St N, Wichita location. For compounds, free-text the full formulation, strength, base and quantity in the sig or notes field.
Call or fax
Call 316-683-5621 and ask for the compounding pharmacist, or fax the order to 316-686-6698. We'll confirm the formulation before we begin.
Send the patient
Patients can drop off or transfer prescriptions in person, or use our online refill and messaging portal for ongoing needs.
